I was able to help out some friends at church in October decorate the cultural hall for a wedding reception. Raechel Fisk and Kenny Browne are a couple of kids we watched grow up in the church, so it was fun to be able to participate in their reception. These bouquets are candy pieces and were on the chocolate fountain table.

This backdrop is covering the basketball backdrop at one end of the cultural hall. After a couple of attempts, we figured out a clever way to do this cover up -- with a couple of table cloths, and some sheer drapery panels. I think it turned out pretty cute. Looked way better than the vinyl padded basketball backdrop looked on the wall !!

Here's Raechel and Kenny at the cake table. This backdrop is table cloths stapled up to the wall. They had a wonderful evening and it was fun to see them so happy with themselves. Unfortunately, they all live away from Lakeport now, so we don't see them much, nor do we see Kenny's mom who moved away or Raechel's parents who also moved away. So, it was really fun to have the reception in Lakeport.
