The next big outing for Grandma was a trip with some of my church friends down to the Oakland Temple for the day. My friend, Jackie, played tour guide for her and showed her thru the visitors center and gave her a history on the church. It was a nice little getaway for her while I was working and she thoroughly enjoyed the day with the ladies.
